BUYERS - WHAT IT COSTS

• In most cases, we are paid for our services by the seller of the business
  
  therefore there is no charge to you, the buyer.



• RETAINER/BUYER BROKER FEE: On occasions, our clients retain us for the purpose of identifying a potential business for acquisition. In this instance, we charge the buyer a fee for our services. This fee is usually a percentage of the purchase price if an acquisition is made. We will negotiate a flat fee, depending on the circumstances.
